I fill my stomach with water using two enema bags (esmarch mugs) and a bicycle pump. It was incredibly difficult for me to keep the water from the enemas in myself, and then also inflate the pump, so much gurgling in my stomach has not been yet! I was literally torn from the inside, such a tight and full belly..... Deflation at the end.
