Perv Rodney has been arrested for going up to strange women on the street and sucking their feet. His lawyer and he meet up with Judge Sophia Lomeli to plead for leniency. He claims that Rodney is rehabilitated and no longer craves sucking on feet. The judge is unsure, so she waves her beautiful feet in Rodney's face to test him. He holds out as long as he can, but eventually, he can't resist Sophia's lovely toes.
