Ruby has a serious problem. Her boyfriend loves to worship her feet, but she's super ticklish. So she comes to see Doctor Rodney, who suggests using a numbing liquid on her toes before her boyfriend starts sucking on them. He tries the remedy out in the office, but it doesn't seem to be helping much, as she still giggles like crazy when Doctor Rodney sucks on her toes.
