I've been gaining a lot of weight and my doctor suggested a strength routine. I like to exercise in just my panties, and feel the sweat trickle down my body. I can't even sit on the bench without my fat hanging over and the bench creaking like it will break! My flabby arms get in the way when i try to do bicep curls, and my legs jiggle when i walk around. I can't even do real push ups, so I try to support my heavy body on the wall. My sexy rolls and big ass look great when i exercise!
