Wonder Woman, Kitty Quinn, is irate to have found intruder, Cowboy Strapon, in her lair. She can't find her lasso and one of her boots and she's sure that one of her nemesis has sent this burglar to steal them. She caught him when she got back and promptly subdued Cowboy, tying him down on the bed. Wonder Woman questions him, but he remains silent.
