Next, she presents her hand and asks you to focus on it. Luana then positions her hand near your mouth, preparing to cover it. She instructs you to concentrate on her palm. After a brief moment, she counts down from 3, 2, 1, and then presses her hand firmly over your mouth. With her other hand, she pinches your nose shut. She smiles at you and asks how it feels, checking if you are comfortable. After 30 seconds, you blink twice, and Luana releases you. She tells you that you need to improve a lot.
Luana explains that she will hold your breath for a longer duration this time. She starts by pinching your nose first. Then, she raises her other hand and tells you to focus on it. After counting down again from 3, she places her hand firmly over your mouth. She smiles as you hold your breath. After 30 seconds, you blink twice, but Luana does not release you. She smiles and tells you that you must hold it for a bit longer. After an additional 20 seconds, she lets go and informs you that you still have much room for improvement.
Next, Luana ties you to the chair so that you cannot move. She reassures you that it's all part of the training. Then, she shows you the palms of her hands and her nails, asking if they feel okay over your mouth.
Suddenly, without warning, she places her hand over your mouth and pinches your nose shut before you are fully prepared. She smiles and tells you that you need to practice for unexpected situations. She asks you how her hands feel over your mouth. You blink twice, and she releases your nose but keeps her hand over your mouth. Luana tells you to take a deep breath before she pinches your nose again. You blink twice right away, but Luana just smiles and says, "Sorry, I can't take my hand away yet." After approximately 40 seconds, she finally lets go.
Luana shows you her hands again, remarking how much she enjoys her job. She raises her hand, preparing to cover your mouth again, but when you begin to complain, she hardly presses her hand over your mouth and laughs. Then she pinches your nose.
Luana explains that her boyfriend is also in the same swimming competition, and she intends to make sure he wins. She then removes her hands from your face.
You, now gasping and begging to be released, look at her. Luana tells you to take a good look at her hands, displaying them from several angles. Then, she raises her hand again, ready to cover your mouth. She tells you to focus on it before she closes your mouth forever. You try to speak, but she quickly shuts your mouth with her hand. With her other hand, she waves at you for 20 seconds, saying, "Time to say bye-bye." She then hovers her fingers over your nose and tells you to take your last breath before pinching it shut. Luana laughs and giggles as you eventually expire.
Finally, she waves at the camera for 20 seconds and says, "Bye-bye!"
