I am walking outside when an officer confronts me. He says he has to take me in again and puts my hands over my head. I am then handcuffed with hinged handcuffs. I am patted down and taken on a perp walk.

I am then put in the back of a car with a hand place on my head. Once again, mugshots are taken.
