Kobe is an important business woman pulled over and given a quick sobriety test. The officer asks her to turn around and put hands on back of her head. He then handcuffs Kobe one hand at a time behind with the hinged cuffs. The officer then walks her around one arm held and then places Kobe in the car with one hand on her head. She is compliant and calm during the whole process because she is an important businesswoman and accepts it.
