Plot: Kobe returns to her favorite island vacation spot, only to be used by the Mad Scientist to disrupt an International Peace Conference.
Scene One: Kobe enters her hotel room and changes into her swimsuit before heading to the beach. She remembers her special ring and slides it on her finger.
