Kobe and Arielle are attending a 90's theme party. Kobe is dressed up in overalls, a neon top, jelly bracelets, a wrist watch, and pigtails. Arielle is wearing a more formal outfit of slacks with braces, a button up top, a large wrist watch, and a her hair teased up in a ponytail.

The movie starts with the two girls talks about going to the party and their outfits. After awhile they bring up the tickle games they used to play while they were in school. They start by warming up by doing the Macarena dance! Now that they are warmed up Arielle gets a can of laughing and sprays Kobe. <...

The next scene starts with Kobe tied to a chair. Arielle tickles Kobe all over her body. At one point Arielle straddles Kobe to really get to her rib-cage!

Kobe enjoys being on the other end too, so when she is untied she sprays Arielle and then ties her to a chair. She tickles Arielle all over body. This is such fun and flirty scene between the two girls. The movie ends with Kobe saying she'll be back shortly to untie Arielle, and she snaps her braces and leaves.
