Once in the office, Kobe informs Sage that she went a little over board dressing down for the car wash by wearing a shirt that exposes her belly button. Kobe tells Sage that, according to protocol, she has to have the police come and arrest Sage for indecent exposure. Sage, who is shocked, states she didn’t realize exposing her belly and belly button would get her arrested. She goes on to say she’s never been arrested or handcuffed before. She’s mortified and says she doesn’t want to be walked out of the school in handcuffs while her belly is exposed. She explains that she didn’t intend to break the law and thought it would be a cute outfit to show of her belly button piercing. Kobe says there’s not much she can do at this point and tells Sage she should’ve been more aware when choosing her outfit. Kobe pulls out a pair of real handcuffs from her desk drawer and says she’s going to handcuff Sage until the police arrive. At this point Sage is defeated and accepts her fate by placing her hands behind her back, waiting to be cuffed. Before handcuffing Sage, Kobe does a quick stretch. Her blazer lifts up exposing her belly and belly button! Sage calls her out and tells her that she should be arrested too! Kobe realizes she messed up and asks Sage if she’d be open to a compromise to avoid either of them being arrested. Kobe admits that she’s been arrested for the strict belly button exposure laws before. As the principal, she doesn’t want the students to see her walked out of the school in handcuffs. Sage agrees to a compromise. Kobe says that since she’s already gotten caught by Sage for exposing her belly button, she may as well change into her comfortable clothes.
Kobe strips to her bra and panties and puts on a crop top, super low rise denim shorts, and flip flops. She then tells Sage to put her hands up. Sage, smirking, complies. Close ups of her belly are shown. Kobe then tells Sage to put her hands behind her head. Kobe frisks Sage from head to toe paying special attention to Sage's’s belly, belly button, and feet. Kobe then handcuffs Sage behind her back with her palms facing outward. Once cuffed, multiple angles/close ups are shown. As Sage is then cuffed. Kobe tickles Sage’s belly and eventually they end up on the floor with Kobe tickling/licking Sage’s belly button and feet.
Kobe then says she still needs to be arrested for exposing her belly! She removes Sage’s handcuffs and eagerly puts her hands up, waiting to be handcuffed and arrested. The same sequence that happened to Sage now happens to Kobe.
