Kobe is working at her reporting job when her step sister Dakota come in and tells her she knows where the bad guy that people have been talking about is located. Kobe warns her that what she is doing is dangerous when they hear a loud noise. The bad guy (which is really a girl!) comes in and orders Dakota to tie up Kobe.
