The intruder then comes back with another pair of tights. He wraps them around her arms, then pulls them through the crotch area, pulling them up, making Arielle bend forward a bit. He finishes by wrapping each end around her biceps.

She struggles and shakes her head while the intruder explains how he is an ex-patient hunter and that Arielle needs to be transported back to the asylum for some more treatment. She struggles a few more minutes before being lead out of the room by holding her arms.
