Billy is a 22 yr old tradesman that's testing his limits of ticklishness. He starts off giggling and squirming through his socks but tries to maintain his composure when I take off his socks. His ankles are so tightly bound to the bed that he can't pull away and puts his hands over his mouth to keep his laughing down. His upper body is even more ticklish than his soft and smooth size 12's :-)
