Jeff was referred to me by Darren who wanted to try out what he had done. Jeff is a dock worker at the marina and came over to meet me after work. He got strapped down to the bed and the tickling began. He was more squeamish and squirmed around more than he laughed. He held in his laughter as much he could. His upper body was more ticklish than anything. His feet were smooth and slim to the touch so using some tools on his soles got him to pitch a laugh or two.
