See the GIF on this clip? Thats exactly the face/lip freeze that I attempt to do the entire clip. This was a custom and it didn't sound hard at all....man was I wrong. This hurt my mouth/lips so bad trying to hold this position and on top of that I didn't realize how dry my teeth and lips would get lol!
