Working for me is way different than working for any other boss. I had an employee email me wanting a raise. First off, I am angry that my employee thought it was okay to email me as opposed to coming to my office. Well, I call him to my office where he has to EARN his raise. Earning your place in my company is a bit different than the conventional businesses. Earn your raise by impressing me. With some JOI (jerk off instruction) and encouragement, I'm sure he will earn his raise. ;)
