I deflate 3 large 24 inch balloons. One of them may have popped, and scared me! ;-)

I use a metal poker to puncture the necks of the balloons. I puncture the first one many times until it quickly deflates. Another one I puncture only a few times, and squeeze it, and let it deflate more slowly.
