Part I

I'm getting ready for my friend's 28th birthday party tonight, so I'm inflating some balloons. I already have several inflated, but I'm going to try inflating a 17 inch balloon.
"How big do you think I can inflate it? Wow, I can't believe how big this balloon can get, I hope it won't pop!" Then the balloon unexpectedly bursts in my face!!!
