I can NOT believe how angry my stomach sounds. I just had 3 big cans of and almost an entire cheese plate. I am not supposed to be having dairy at all. It was just delicious I couldnt stop eating. Ten minutes or so after eating, I could feel a lot of sloshing and movement...and then the noises came. I scared my pet (who was half way across the room) I knew I had to record it. I set up in my new spaces and put my microphone on my bloated belly. It is so uncomfortable. There is just a ton of pressure and with every jiggle I can feel all the liquid.
