I mozy back and forth through my kitchen's longest path. Grazing up and down feeling my body's every fat shake. My dimple thighs moving more than they have in a long time. This time it really felt like work as my already stuffed belly asks for more as it feels me slowly burning any calories...I had to stop and eat. I could feel it in my gurgle tummy.
