I have company over and I dont know what to do. I have never been a really gassy person. It seems my body always wants to hold it in...but recently I cant help it. I just get bloated and gassy more and more frequently. Even now, my farts that rip out are timid and shy. Yet, it feels so good to let them out, you can hear my stomach sound gurgle a few times as I rock and move my body around trying to work it all out.
