I have been having pain off and on in my foot for a few weeks now. It finally got to the point that I need to get an x-ray. I could barely walk. I went to the hospital and I was shocked to hear what the doctor had to say. He basically let me know my weight was an issue for my body to handle and lead to extra injury. This is the story of what happened to my foot and how my fat explosive gain has really begun to reach new heights....or new limits I should say. Being off my feet for a while def isn't going to help either. How much do you think I will gain while I heal?
