Awhile ago I hit a huge gain goal, one I had been working on a long time. When I finally after years of pushing my feedee limits hit the target weight. I decided to let myself go wild, don't worry about the calories, keep my exercise super limited but I wasn't trying too hard to reach or make a new goal yet....my body had other plans, listen to my story of going to the doctor and being weighed....he was furious and I was shocked and so effing excited....NOMNOMNOMNOM...
