It is celebrated and a lot. Well ... sometimes too much .... ;))). More than two-hundred years ago from farmers with cattle breeding was created, which left many visitors simply for a few generations to leave behind. What once began with farmers and local trade has now become a noisy amusement park for young and old. Scooter, roller-coaster, carrousel, sausage and meat specialties. Including local brewed and their tents. And ... the sometimes also somewhat rough but always welcoming Bavarian hospitality, rituals, customs, which humanly seen, such a funfair brings with it. Positive, like also in the negative sense. For example it is said that the American living Texans, Spaniards of Catalonia, Ukrainians, the Irish, Scots, and Welsh, as well as the Saxons and the Bavarians in their way of life, such as free-state thinking, pride, tradition, and consciousness have a lot in common. So it is quite understandable that this festival has become something unique in the course of the many decades, here and worldwide. And all of them have their own uniforms in the form of traditional costumes, including the celebrations and traditions that have remained almost to this day. Almost !? ... Well, when it comes to the right clothing, you can show yourself at this festival mostly in the national costume. The gentleman in leather and garb-clothing, the lady also. So called "Dirndl". Really nice to look at. In the meantime, this "miracle" has, over the past few years, also brought into the trendy fashion awareness of many women, who occupied their costumes with various curiosities. For some tradition-conscious contemporaries, perhaps not quite uncritically. But the opposite enthusiasm for this is growing in the same sense. The times also seem to change here. Be it with the mini-leggy-"Dirndl", or a lot of pearls, expensive jewellery, such as rhinestones, special underwear and also the classy-sassy nylon-stocking fashions in all sexy colours for the female well-formed leg has long since entered the costume fashion. Even the original shoe fashion is nowadays more popular with the ladies by more elegant footwear, such as high heels in the shape of sandals, mules, boots and, of course, also sometimes partly very thin stiletto high-heeled classic pumps. The age-old typical "Dirndl" as a lingerie or stimulant !? ... Many years ago hardly imaginable. And so it is not a big miracle that one can imagine a fetishism niche as well in traditional costume and "Dirndl". But fetishism is by no means superficial.
