Tegan is Lacey's new step sister, and after moving in she's resting when Lacey comes in and tells her she wants to welcome her to the family. She explains they're very close, and that there are some things that they do in this family that might not be things other families do. She mentions that we all like to be comfortable in our bodies and that we don't usually feel the need to wear a lot of clothes. Tegan doesn't see anything wrong with this, and allows Lacey to take her shirt and bra off, and lacey strips down too.
