Lacey has been giggling in class and so her teacher brings her into a quiet area for a lecture. Teacher Ms Kendra takes off her shoes and goes barefoot, then proceeds to lecture Lacey on how her giggling is distracting in class, but even when she's in trouble Lacey can't stop giggling.
