I do 90-100 squats (I lost count!) with two different camera angles. I try to shake my booty a few times too, to help loosen my muscles up a bit. I'm not the best, but practice makes perfect!!! I take my dress off when I get too hot and keep doing squats in my g-string thong. At the end, I sit down with a cup of water and take a breather with my boobs out.
