In part 4, I've found a very tight blue dress I used to wear. Its been a few years since I've put this dress on, and not only can I remember how tight, firm, and hot I used to look in it, I have video proof! I play some video of me stripping out of the dress when I was very fit. After that, its time to try the dress on again and see if I can even fit into it now.

With some considerable struggle, I squeeze into the dress but this time around it fits very differently. I point out my bigger boobs, ass, and tummy. Oi! The spandex is stretching at the seams! I have certainly gotten bigger.

Time for a weigh in to see by exactly how much. Oh no! The number on the scale is shocking, up again! That's what happens when I get spoiled with restaurant meals and champagne!
