I went for a 3km barefoot walk on the road and show my tough dirty soles. I train barefoot every day so lets see how much stronger my feet are at the end of the month. Half way through the month and I am getting stronger now. On top of running 1km every day I will be doing longer hikes every night for the rest of the summer.
