David is tied to the table in the dungeon with his feet tied together and his arms chained to the ceiling and his neck tied to the table. His feet get beaten with a belt then worshipped and fucked. After his master has finished using him for his pleasure, David is left tied up for the rest of the day until his master needs him again.
