Jack is tied to the bed face down with his soles exposed. They are whipped with a cat-o-nine until pink then hot wax is melted over his feet. His feet are then beraten again until all the wax is cleaned off More hot wax is dripped on his feet and then beaten off with the whip. One final hot wax then a really hard beating.
