Johnny Katz has been arrested on suspicion of and gets strip searched by a police officer. They find nothing on him so test his urine and find he has traces of in his body. He is offered a choice of going to prison or taking a punishment. He chooses to be punished and had his bare feet with a cat-o-nine tails and a cane.
