Chris is in his apartment getting ready for a party playing loud music. A neighbour complained to the police about the noise and a policeman comes to turn off the music but finds something else Chris shouldn't be doing Chris begs the policeman not to arrest him so instead the policeman make Chris worship his boots and feet.
