In this Scifi Medical Facility Nurse Miranda and Nurse Annisa use a good dose of vapour to get the patient suitably compliant for them to invade his ass with a nice stainless steel medical speculum. He is well restrained for this treatment in a very tight restrictive latex straightjacket and it's just as well!
