Following on from previous clips, the asylum inmate is being used for medical experiments. He continues to be obstructive. Therefore some more challenging treatments are implemented . He has a catheter in situ and his foreskin has been sutured. Now it's time for a cold water bladder washout, or in fact more like a bladder inflation. Nurse Annisa fills up his bladder via his catheter with freezing cold water and then clamps off his catheter making release impossible. The cold water treatment is excruciating especially when we add in all our other torments by Nurse Hunter
