Nurse Annisa has a patient in her rubber clinic. Specifically her dental chair. She intends to administer some of her very own specially prepared medication. Watch as she prepares her patient with a lovely big bowl gag, and then listen in while she produces the medication which she expertly and a bit makes him take. Watch as she instructs him to hold onto the medicine so as to savour it's taste and scent. Then watch as he gags trying to swallow. She is cruel in her care, making him take it all for his own good!
