This is the full film, part 1 and part 2 of High soap and Water Enema. Nurse Annisa has examined the patient and determined he needs a high up enema, a good old fashioned gravity soap and water enema. After examining his rectum she inserts the enema and gets it fully underway. Watch as she explains all of the equipment used etc. It seems the patient is in a bit of with this enema.
