This patient has had his ball sack filled with saline. Unfortunately he is a wimp and scared of needles. Nurse Annisa decides to show him how easy it is to have needles put through breast tissue by doing it to herself. Of course as the patient has had the pleasure of seeing her breast he then has to suffer by taking needles himself, through his nipples!
