You are going to require a full soap and water enema (in the next clip) before your planned surgery, but prior to that Nurse Annisa has decided you need a small microlax enema to remove anything in the lower rectum. It's a tiny enema, but packs a punch! You will be instructed to hold on to this enema for at least 15 minutes or show won't be happy with you. you do want to please Nurse, now don't you!
