Nurse Annisa continues with her thorough medical examination on Mr Green moving on to a full rectal and prostate exam. She is prepared with her gloves, lubricant and gauze swabs at the ready. To maximise the exam she has to do a bimanual examination of his prostate, making sure she applies pressure both internally and externally to check for any abnormalities in the prostate gland. She finishes her examination with another check to his vital signs to see if her clinical exam has affected his Bp and pulse.
