This patient suffers from tight back passage syndrome which means he is unable to accommodate even the gentlest strap-on treatments which his nurse has prescribed. Unless a cure can quickly be found, he may be dismissed from service. Nurse Miranda has given a second opinion and is well known for new and innovative techniques for stretching anal muscles. He has had muscle relaxant used and so far we've managed to open his back passage up quite extensively, but how far can we go?
