Two latex clad nurses decide to trial this patients pain threshold while he is monitored on the EKG (ECG) machine. This checks his BP, Pulse, Oxygen levels and his heart rhythm. With all that in place they get to work by tormenting his poor exposed nipples to all sorts of treatments. They also administer some therapy to watch his pulse rate go even higher.
