Lady dark angel absolutely loves her cream shoes. The heels have been extra sharpened. Her slave has not performed any of his duties well enough today. She was getting ready to session and but feels she needs to punish her slave so she puts her cream shoes on and tramples and marks her slave with her heels. He must take the heels deep into his back till she's satisfied he will learn his lesson and start his duties all over again and start by making a decent coffee.
