This is the first video of "Lift & Carry" that i've ever made.
Is in Italian Language for a special client that told me how to do the video.
Here's the request:

"Can you please do a video with the biggest and strongest man you know where you him to lift and carry you?
At the beginning you him to lift you up under your armpits without streching his arms he just lifts you a few inches off the ground and holds you in the posistion for a little bit.
Than you him to lift you up in a bearhug, cradle carry, frontlift and under your armpits again.
