After gym I decide this is not the end of my training. I use my slave to continue painful workout. I start to jump of his chest and stomach in my training sneakers. I command him to hold all pain what I serve to him. I enjoy to see his suffer when he must hold all my weight on his head and when I press on his throat with my shoes. I use my feet to brutal slapping his pathetic face with no mercy. When I use his mouth and teeth to take off my shoes I continue play with my white smelly socks after gym. He also must to worship my feet in training shoes and socks.
