I wear 5 different outfits, explain where I'd wear them as I prance around, pose and show off my muscles. Then I describe a scenario where I was attacked and how I beat the person to the ground. I play the attack scenario out in real time showing off my fight skills and describe the aftermath. Then I walk up to the camera and start partially undressing before walking off camera.
