I've been told by doctors to prepare you for your surgery...Since you suffer from a rare condition, your balls must be blown up before your operation. I inject some liquid in your nuts and make them bigger... but they become TOO BIG! What a terrible medical mistake..doctors will punish me! I have to save my ass right now...the only way is to CUT THEM OFF...!
