He gets a ball gag and can unfortunately still gasping and moaning, as the subsequent treatments allow anything else. He gets a steel collar wrapped around his balls. Which is then pressed together by a thick metal plate. I still hang out a very heavy weight at his tied balls. And in this absolute helplessness he is milked by me without any mercy.
