Fai molti salti ripetuti (questo sarà un allenamento per te, senza mai dargli il tempo di respirare, se non per riposare. Ma è facestanding (LOL). Fai scene POV in cui vediamo il suo viso sotto i tuoi piedi e allo stesso tempo il tuo corpo e il tuo viso. 1-2 minuti di fila ogni volta in faccia.
